Bio

There’s almost too many things to love about Emily Blunt. Having to choose one would be like having to choose which finger to have cut off, and no one likes a severed finger.

Emily comes from pretty impressive English stock. Her father is a barrister (what a lawyer is called in Britian) and her mother is a teacher. She had a stammer through her childhood which she overcame once she began acting. It’s kinda sad that she lost it as it might have made her even more adorable.

Her role in My Summer of Love , which dealt with two young girls falling in love (easy there, it’s not a Skinemax flick) won her critical accolades and showed she was an actress to watch. She followed that up with her star-making turn in The Devil Wears Prada. It was almost hard to pay attention to Meryl Streep’s scenery-chewing performance when the cute as a button Blunt was onscreen. She won a Golden Globe for her performance and an Oscar nomination. She also snagged a supporting role in Dan in Real Life.

And when she walked down the steps wearing a bra, panties, and a man's dress shirt in Charlie Wilson’s War singing Angel of the Morning I was won over. Regarding her personal life, she currently lives in Vancouver with singer boyfriend Michel Bubble. Though he makes the type of music grandmas listen to, he should be saluted for snagging such a gorgeous and talented girl.
