Kayleigh Emma Pearson (born 25 June 1985 in Bath, England) is an English model. She is represented by International Model Management and was named after the Marillion song when it was one of the ones her mother picked up on the radio.

Pearson was the winner of FHM's High Street Honeys competition in 2003. Kayleigh sent a snap of herself to her soldier boyfriend to boost his morale while he was stationed in Iraq. She also posted the photo to competition judges, which has proved to be a wise decision.

Pearson released a single in 2004 called "Do U Think I'm Sexy?" which reached no.7 in the charts. Pearson then released another single in 2006 called "I Touch Myself" which reached no.1 in the box charts.

Kayleigh makes regular appearances in the UK men's weekly Nuts Magazine, the blonde bombshell being very popular with the magazine's readers. In 2006 she had her breast size increased from 34B to 34DD/E. She appeared topless for the first time since getting her breasts enlarged in Nuts magazine. Pearson is a keen gymnast, and is so good that she taught gymnastics at the age of 11. She is also qualified to run her own gym.
