Krista Allen is a vivacious American actress who took the hit-the-ground-running approach to making it in Hollywood.

Life Story

Raised in Texas by her Portuguese-American mother and Irish-American father, Krista was an education major at Austin Community College before deciding to skip town for Los Angeles and an acting career. Before long, she had used her stunning looks (and a willingness to show them off) to land the title role in Emmanuelle in Space: First Contact. That was such an intergalactic success, Krista went on to film seven more Emmanuelle sequels.

With space sex out of her (solar) system, Krista went on to appear in 41 episodes of "Days of Our Lives," and then, as if required by the laws of hot-girl nature, she played lifeguard Jenna Avid on 27 episodes of "Baywatch".

In 2001, Krista guest starred in supernatural TV series Charmed as "The Oracle" for three episodes, She also appeared in Toby Keith's video "A Little Too Late", and had a small role in CSI as Kristy Hopkins, a hooker who caught the eye of Nick Stokes, in the pilot episode on October 6, 2000.

Krista’s undeniable sexiness has also won her small but memorable parts in big TV shows and movies, including "The X Files" (she played a virtual reality babe), Liar Liar (she was the Busty Woman in Elevator) and Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (name in credits: Pretty Woman). It was on Confessions (Drew Barrymore, Maggie Gyllenhaal) where Krista met actor-director George Clooney, whom she would go on to date for two years.

In 2005, she was one of the stars of HBO's Unscripted, playing herself as an actress who struggles to overcome her sex symbol status in order to win more serious roles. Allen had a recurring role on the ABC series What About Brian as Bridget, a reluctant but potential love interest for the main character Brian

Last year Krista worked on several not-quite-Oscar-level productions, like Locker 13, Black Widow and The Final Destination.
