Bio

Eliza Dushku (her last name is pronounced Dush-ku, like "push") is a hottie screen actress, TV star, and men’s magazine covergirl, who is most recognizable for parts on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel."

She entered the acting world at the age of 10. She had to legally emancipate herself from her parents to get around child labor laws. She had small roles in films such as That Night (1992) with Juliette Lewis, and you may remember her as Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter in True Lies. But most people recognize Dushku as Buffy the Vampire Slayer's nemesis Faith on the hit TV show. Her role was so popular that producers wanted to give the character her own spin-off show. Then

In 2000, Dushku starred in Soul Survivors, reuniting her with Race The Sun co-star Casey Affleck. One reviewer described the film as "84 minutes of everyone's wasted time." She followed that up with the cheerleader comedy Bring It On with Kirsten Dunst. In 2001, she appeared in The New Guy with DJ Qualls and City by the Sea with Robert De Niro and James Franco. The same year, Kevin Smith invited Dushku to be a part of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, where she co-starred with Shannon Elizabeth, Ali Larter, and Ben Affleck

Then Dushku starred in another TV show, "Tru Calling" in 2003, a supernatural show that was a bit more serious than an average episode of Buffy.

Dushku also starred in the 2003 horror movie Wrong Turn and continues her apparent love of horror by starring in 2008's Open Graves, a thriller about a life-threatening board game, 2008's The Alphabet Killer, and 2008's The Thacker Case. She is currently starring in the TV show "Dollhouse," written by Buffy creator Joss Whedon, which is also in the scifi/thriller genre. But if you're hoping to see Dushku in the buff, you shouldn't hold your breath, but she has lightened up in recent years with semi-nude promotional spreads and she did actually have a brief topless scene in The Alphabet Killer.
